So far so good...I have colored and installed the hair. Shipping was really fast, ordered on Thursday, received Monday. The hair is soft and true to length. My curl pattern loosen slightly after washing/coloring but definitely still nicely defined. I think I've lost 5 strands in total so hopefully that continues in the upcoming weeks. I will be a return customer!
